It’s OK not to be OK. 

I need you to know it’s OK not to be OK. It’s ok to have a bad day, it’s ok to feel down, it’s ok to be heart broken, it’s ok to lose faith, it’s ok to want to give up.

Just TALK to someone, let those feelings out and you will eventually be OK.
A lot of us go through life feeling like we have to tough it all out; we’re too embarrassed to express our emotion for fear of being called weak.
But let me tell you something, it takes real COURAGE to let anyone in when you’re feeling low, or even to talk about it.
So don’t be afraid to speak on it when this happens, only the BRAVEST can.
